- No, the experience is suitable for beginners, and a full safety briefing is provided.
- Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, and bring sunscreen, water, a light jacket, and a camera.
- There is one pickup per tour. Please be ready at least 15 minutes before pickup. All tours can be arranged in either order — you may begin with the tour or activity and visit the cable car afterwards, or start with the cable car and enjoy the tour thereafter.

- We do pick-ups within a 20km radius of the Cape Town CBD. Pick-ups outside this radius attract a surcharge. Alternatively, guests may meet our guide at the designated drop-and-go area at The Silo Hotel.

- 07:30, 08:30, 09:30, or 10:00 — choose your preferred start time when booking.
