Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour start time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee depending on tickets and reservations already confirmed on your behalf.

We accept secure online card payments and bank transfer. A deposit may be required to confirm exclusive tickets such as Table Mountain Fast Track or Robben Island.
Yes. Many of our private day tours are family-friendly. Child rates apply on selected experiences — your travel designer will confirm pricing when you enquire.
Yes. All our private tours are led in English by local Cape Town guides. Other languages may be available on request for certain tours.
If Table Mountain cableway or other outdoor activities are affected by weather, we rearrange the order of your day or suggest the best alternative so you still enjoy Cape Town.
We do pick-ups within a 20km radius of the Cape Town CBD. Pick-ups outside this radius attract a surcharge. Alternatively, guests may meet our guide at the designated drop-and-go area at The Silo Hotel. There is one pickup per tour — please be ready at least 15 minutes before pickup. All tours can be arranged in either order depending on your preference.
Yes. Cape Town Premium Day Tours specialises in private tours for your party only — no shared groups, no rigid coach schedules.
No. When included in your tour, we arrange tickets and timing as part of your private itinerary. Fast Track Table Mountain access is pre-arranged where listed.
